Students and instructors with the DC College Success Foundation HERO program learn about ocean life during a Gulf Stream Nature Excursion out of Carolina Beach on Wednesday August 4, 2011. The foundation's Summer Leadership Institute took 39 young men to Wilmington, NC, for their first Oceanography & Marine Science Trip.
